Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Eligibility
Dooda offers delivery for orders of SGD $200 and above. Orders below this amount are not eligible for delivery.

2. Delivery Areas
We deliver to select locations within Singapore. Please ensure that your delivery address is within our serviceable zones before placing an order.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are available Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:30AM to 8:00PM.
  • While we strive to fulfill all orders as scheduled, deliveries are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify you accordingly.

4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

5. No Redelivery 
As our products are perishable, we do not offer redelivery if no one is available to receive the order at the specified address and time. 

6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please:

  • Provide accurate delivery details, including contact information.
  • Ensure someone is available at the designated delivery time to receive the order.
  • Communicate any special delivery instructions at the time of order placement.
